How matching works
Every match score is built mostly on fit: the service you need, your budget, location or remote, timeline, and industry experience. Those make up 85% of the score. Values you choose, like Black-owned, local, or sustainable, can add up to 15%. They help you discover, but nobody gets ranked primarily on who they are.
